Automatic Water Filter machine (Automatic Strainer Filter) คืออะไร?
เครื่องกรองแบบอัตโนมัติ หรือ Automatic Strainer Filter เป็นเครื่องกรองที่ใช้ระบบการทำความสะอาดตัวเองโดยอัตโนมัติ เพื่อลดความจำเป็นในการทำความสะอาดด้วยมือและเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการกรองของเหลว โดยเครื่องกรองแบบอัตโนมัติมีการทำงานดังนี้:
- Filter Housing: The main body that contains the filter element and supports the overall structure.
- Filter Element: The part of the filter that traps and holds debris. This can be a screen, mesh, or other filtering media.
- Cleaning Mechanism: This includes the components responsible for cleaning the filter element, such as a backwash system, scraper, or brush.
- Actuator/Motor: Drives the cleaning mechanism.
- Control System: Monitors the filter’s performance and triggers the cleaning process when necessary.
- Inlet and Outlet: Ports where fluid enters and exits the filter.
Automatic Strainer Filter Operating Principle
- Filtration Process:
- Fluid enters the filter housing through the inlet.
- As the fluid passes through the filter element, debris and particulates are trapped on the surface or within the filter media.
- Clean fluid exits through the outlet.
- Detection of Clogging:
- Sensors or pressure differential indicators monitor the filter’s condition.
- When the pressure drop across the filter element reaches a certain threshold, indicating significant clogging, the control system initiates the cleaning process.
- Cleaning Process:
- Backwashing: In this method, clean fluid (often from the system itself or a separate clean fluid source) is reversed through the filter element. This flushes the collected debris off the filter surface and out of the filter housing through a drain or waste outlet.
- Scraper/Brush: In filters equipped with a mechanical cleaning mechanism, a scraper or brush moves across the filter element to dislodge and remove debris. The debris is then collected in a waste chamber or expelled from the system.
- Air Scouring: Compressed air is blown through the filter element to dislodge debris.
- Discharge of Debris:
- The dislodged debris is expelled through a drain valve or waste outlet, effectively cleaning the filter element without interrupting the filtration process.
- The cleaning cycle is brief, and the filter resumes normal operation immediately after.
- Resetting the System:
- Once the cleaning cycle is complete, the control system resets the pressure differential sensors, and the filter continues to operate until the next cleaning cycle is needed.
