Hydrocyclone separation system : A hydrocyclone is a type of separation equipment used for separating solid particles from liquids or gases. It works on the principle of centrifugal force, where a mixture of fluids or particles is fed into a cylindrical chamber and rotated at high speed. As the mixture rotates, the centrifugal force causes the heavier particles to move towards the outer wall of the chamber, while the lighter particles move towards the center.

The hydrocyclone consists of a conical-shaped chamber with a tangential inlet near the top and a central outlet at the bottom. The tangential inlet causes the mixture to rotate around the chamber, while the central outlet allows the separated solids or liquids to exit.

The efficiency of the hydrocyclone separation system depends on several factors, such as the size and shape of the chamber, the flow rate and pressure of the mixture, and the density and size of the particles or fluids being separated.
